Our mint tea is exactly what it says: a generous bunch of fresh mint leaves, steeped in hot water. No teabag, no powder, no shortcuts. And that same honesty runs through everything else on our menu. Crispy bread, fresh vegetables and meat from butchers we know by name, like Louman-Jordaan and Bührs. Everything is made fresh the moment you order.
