Fancy something sweet and typically Dutch for breakfast in the morning? Our Dutch mini pancakes, also known as ‘poffertjes’ are just the thing. Light, fluffy and served fresh from the pan with a knob of butter, a generous dusting of icing sugar and a dollop of whipped cream on the side. These light mini pancakes have been a fixture at Dutch markets and fairs since the 18th century. Today they are not only a favourite with the Dutch, but also a must for tourists.

  We lazen op Instagram dat dit DÉ lekkerste broodjeszaak van Amsterdam zou zijn dus wat doen we dan? Juist! In de auto van Venlo naar Amsterdam want dat moesten we natuurlijk even testen.. in 1 woord HEERLIJK! 🥰.. ik denk dat wij onze nieuwe favo broodjeszaak gevonden hebben!
